The first possibility is the 'morbid state' caused by the damage of the motor Hall, and the other possibility is that there is a problem with a phase circuit inside the controller. We should carefully check the connection line first, if the Hall test is normal, then the internal components of the controller have failed. In this case, the controller can only be replaced! 　　 During the electric bike riding, the road conditions are very complicated, potholes, and uphill. Downhill, acceleration and deceleration will cause the controller to vibrate, so we must fix it when replacing the controller. It is best to tighten the anti-slip screws with 'anti-slip' screws to avoid bad road conditions and turbulence, which may cause damage to the original controller due to false welding and short-circuiting. !　　Sometimes, we find that the electric vehicle is energized and does not work hard to implement, and the sound of 'thumping' is still made when it is implemented. In this case, the motor wire is short-circuited due to the contact of the virtual connection. You can unplug the three thick phase wires of the motor, and the laborious phenomenon of the cart disappears, indicating that the controller is broken, please replace it.　　 Second, it is the problem of the motor. If the motor coil is short-circuited and burned out, this situation will also occur. Electric vehicle observers believe that if the electric vehicle is powered on and the wheels cannot turn, it is mostly caused by the internal failure of the controller. Please don't push it forcibly when it cannot turn. It may generate current and destroy the motor and scrap it! We just need to unplug it. You can easily push the cart with any two of the three thick wires of the motor! 　　 The controller has many functions and many wiring harnesses. Sometimes the installer is lazy. It saves the trouble.
