The disadvantage is that the weight is large, and the energy density of the lithium battery in the outsourcing state is relatively low. Due to the flexibility of the outer casing, the flexible lithium battery has high flexibility in appearance, light weight, and large capacity. The disadvantage is that the cost is high, and the cost of custom lithium batteries is not high. Lithium iron phosphate batteries are one step ahead of lithium ternary batteries, and the energy density of lithium ternary batteries is lower than that of lithium ternary batteries. But in terms of safety, lithium iron phosphate batteries are much higher than ternary lithium batteries. From the data on the positive and negative electrodes they used, it can be seen that the decomposition temperature of lithium iron phosphate batteries is around 700°C, while the decomposition temperature of ternary lithium batteries is only around 200°C. Higher heat resistance also means higher safety, and the application of AGV power lithium-ion batteries requires very high safety performance. There are not only differences in safety and energy density, but also differences in temperature adaptability and charge and discharge frequency. At high temperatures, the two lithium batteries are not much different, but the ternary lithium battery is better at low temperatures.
