The important relevant experience is that the battery should be at a voltage of 2.25V per cell, that is, the voltage of a 12V battery should be strictly 13.5V. If it is lower than this voltage, it is necessary to suspect whether the battery is under-charged, and if the battery voltage is higher than this voltage, it is necessary to doubt whether the battery is losing water. If a 48V battery is used in series, and the unit battery voltage is 2.25V, it should be 54V. Below this voltage, the battery is undercharged, and above this voltage, the battery will lose water. If you know electronic technology, you should adjust the float voltage of UPSdc1 to this voltage. When testing the UPS, the author saw that many UPS chargers were working abnormally. Then charge and discharge the battery to test the capacity of the battery. Note that charging is best to use 2.4V/single cell, 0.1C～0.25C current limit. When the battery charging reaches 0.01C current after entering the constant voltage, the charging ends. Then discharge the battery at a current of about 0.1C to 0.25C. When the battery voltage reaches 10.75V (0.1C) or 10.5V (0.25C), the discharge ends, record the discharge time, and calculate the battery capacity.
