But currently the batteries on the market are all standard specifications. If the battery capacity is to be sufficient, the number of batteries must be increased, which will result in a large and heavy electric vehicle. Therefore, the solution to the problem of insufficient power capacity is to increase the battery capacity under the same volume.  2, motor  The motor is a big electricity consumer on the electric car body, and most of the electric energy is consumed by the motor. The battery supplies electric energy to the motor, and the motor converts the electric energy into mechanical energy. High conversion efficiency means full use of electric energy, which is more resistant to running and longer running under the same electric quantity. On the contrary, it means that too much power is wasted, and too much power does useless work. The conversion rate referred to here, that is, the efficiency of the motor, is greatly affected by the motor structure design and coil winding technology. Therefore, if you want a car to endure running and save power, it must be equipped with an energy-efficient motor.  3, controller  The motor and battery are important, but the coordinated operation of the two is all issued by the controller. The controller adjusts the current output by intelligently judging the running state of the motor to match the motor power and battery current output. The tacit coordination of the electric motor and the battery results in higher electric energy utilization, better vehicle dynamics, and greater resistance to running. Just like a CPU is to a computer, a good controller is essential for electric vehicles.  4. Charger    Although the capacity of the battery is the main factor that determines the continued ability of the vehicle, the quality of the charger directly affects the performance of the battery. The charger's control of current, voltage and time during charging determines the saturation of battery charging and the speed of battery aging.  5. Usage habits   The performance of electric vehicles is largely affected by users' usage habits. Almost all machinery and electrical appliances consume a huge amount of energy when starting, and the same is true for electric vehicles. Frequent braking during riding will consume a lot of electric energy. In addition, when an electric vehicle is climbing, carrying a heavy load, or driving at a high speed, the current supply is large, the energy consumption is high, and the power utilization rate is relatively low. The frequent high current output will damage the battery and accelerate the aging of the battery. In addition, the number of cycles of charging and discharging electric vehicle batteries is limited, so the timing and frequency of charging also affect the life of the battery.
