The anode material of the four major components of industrial lithium batteries

by:Vglory      2021-04-10
The four major components of industrial lithium batteries, as one of the core data of the new energy vehicle power industry, the negative electrode material lithium battery, its cathode data plays a vital role in the final performance of the new energy vehicle. The study of high-performance cathode data became one of the most active parts of lithium-ion power lithium-ion batteries at that time. The negative pole is the low potential end of the power supply. In a galvanic cell, it is the electrode that is oxidized. The battery response is written on the left. From a physical point of view, it is the end point of the outflow of electrons in the circuit. Negative data refers to the material that makes up the negative electrode of the battery. Currently commonly used negative electrode data include carbon negative electrode data, tin-based negative electrode data, lithium-containing transition metal lithium nitride negative electrode data, alloy type negative electrode data and nano-scale negative electrode data. The main cathode materials used in China are artificial graphite, natural graphite, center phase carbon microspheres, lithium titanate, and so on. Artificial graphite is divided into artificial graphite and composite artificial graphite, and natural graphite is divided into natural graphite and modified natural graphite. In recent years, the possession of negative electrode data has developed rapidly, and domestic companies have risen rapidly. In 2008, the actual supply of negative electrodes was nearly 9,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 41 tons. Currently, the cathode data is still dominated by artificial graphite and natural graphite. Graphite data accounts for 85% of the total cathode speculation, followed by CMS. Today I want to analyze the negative data of another industrial lithium battery. Graphene Graphene is a two-dimensional crystal composed of carbon atoms with a thickness of only one atom. Because of its thin texture, high hardness, and fast electron movement, scientists have been hailed as the king of new data. Although the performance of this king chemical industry is sought after by the new energy market, it is still at the conceptual stage. If graphene is used as the positive electrode data of a lithium battery, an independent upstream and downstream industrial chain, expensive price and cumbersome process are required, which makes many lithium battery manufacturers and positive data manufacturers feel scared. Nevertheless, some Chinese companies are still moving forward. Nowadays, my country's well-known companies such as Anbao, Dafu Technology, and Bateli have begun to deploy the graphene industry. However, the industry has more and more doubts about graphene as the negative electrode data. Some people think that graphene has extremely low vibration and compaction density, coupled with high cost, its prospects as a battery negative data is very slim. But given its continued popularity, it can be said to be a one-party dictatorship. The rapid increase in the production of new energy vehicles has driven the continuous and rapid rise of the lithium battery market. Recently, organized research shows that in 2017, my country's power lithium battery inventory reached 80.5GWh, an increase of 27.0% year-on-year, resulting in a year-on-year increase of 23.7% in the output of lithium battery negative electrode library, reaching 146,000 tons. According to analysis, the competitive landscape of power lithium-ion batteries in my country will undergo tremendous changes in the next three years, and the demand for negative data of power lithium-ion batteries is far greater than that of 3C digital batteries, and the proportion of artificial graphite used will increase. Attracted by the prospects of most companies, in 2017, some companies with negative data increased their output and a batch of new companies entered. GGII believes that in the next three years, competition in the negative data market will further intensify, and low-end repetitive production will be eliminated. Only companies with core technology and high-quality customer channels can make great progress and market concentration will increase.
