1. Wet storage method, the lithium battery equipment is flooded before storage, and then stored in the lithium battery equipment room as a long-term backup. During the storage period, it is necessary to treat the lithium battery equipment in the same way as the normal operation of the lithium battery equipment. Continuous inspection, maintenance and regular charging work, and ensure that the electrolyte temperature is between 10-30 ℃, and the liquid level should be maintained above the upper standard red line. The voltage should not be lower than 1.9 volts, otherwise it will be charged incorrectly. In order to reduce the self-discharge of lithium battery equipment, after charging, it is best to reduce the electrolyte specific gravity to 1.060, and then return to the normal value before use. In order to reduce the self-discharge of lithium battery equipment, the lithium battery equipment should be stored in a cool and well-ventilated room (in cold seasons to guard against freezing, it is necessary to ensure that the temperature is at the specified value). When participating in the operation, restore the electrolyte specific gravity to its original value and charge it. The stored lithium battery equipment should be charged at least once a month. This requires frequent periodic charging, so the wet storage method is only suitable for spare lithium battery equipment and is not suitable for long-term storage and transportation. 2. Dry storage method: After the lithium battery equipment is overcharged, it is discharged at a current value of 10 hours discharge rate until the voltage reaches the limit voltage of 1.8 volts. Then take out the positive and negative plates from the stabilizer and immerse them in a container filled with pure water. After the electrode plate is drawn out, the time it is exposed to the air is as short as possible, and the longest time is no more than 30 minutes. Especially after the negative electrode plate is drawn out from the electrolyte, it should be immersed in pure water immediately. It is strictly forbidden to immerse the positive and negative plates in the same container. The plates should be completely immersed in pure water. After 5 hours, change the pure water again. After several water changes, when the water has no sour taste, it can be considered that the sulfuric acid has been leached and can be dried. After the positive and negative plates are taken out of the pure water, they are placed on the drying rack and sent to the drying chamber. The temperature of the drying room should be kept between 60-80℃, about two days and nights, and the drying can be completed. It is forbidden to directly touch the positive and negative plates before they are completely dried. The dried plates must be separated by spacers (such as paper or wood chips wrapped in wax paper). After the packaging is complete, send it to a well-ventilated and dry place for storage. Disclaimer: Some pictures and content of articles published on this site are from the Internet.
