Primary battery, voltage: 1.5V. Zinc-manganese batteries, commonly known as carbon batteries. Dry batteries commonly used in daily life. It is currently the cheapest kind of battery. This battery has a low capacity and is prone to leakage. It is currently commonly used in TV remote controls and other products. Common products: No. 1, No. 2, No. 5, No. 7, button type, etc. 2. Alkaline battery primary battery, voltage: 1.5V. Alkaline batteries are currently the most commonly used batteries. The advantage lies in the durable power, which can be 7 times the power of carbon batteries. The current output is stable and does not leak. It can be used in equipment that consumes a lot of power. Common products: No. 1, No. 2, No. 5, No. 7, button type, etc. 3. Ni-Cd battery rechargeable battery, voltage: 1.2V. The disadvantages of nickel-cadmium batteries: large size, heavy weight, small capacity, self-discharge, memory effect, and not environmentally friendly. The advantage is that it can be recharged more than 500 times, which is very economical. Resistant to overshoot and overdischarge, easy to use and operate. The internal resistance is small and it can be discharged with a large current, so this product is often used in electric tools. Common products: No. 1 (D type), No. 2 (C type), No. 5 (AA), No. 7 (AAA), button type and various non-standard models. 4. Ni-MH battery rechargeable battery, voltage: 1.2V. The disadvantage of nickel-metal hydride batteries and nickel-cadmium batteries is that they cannot be discharged with high current (there are already factories processing nickel-metal hydride batteries with high current discharge). The advantage is that the same volume capacity is more than twice that of nickel-cadmium, the memory effect is small, and it is pollution-free, which is called a green battery. Common products: No. 1 (D type), No. 2 (C type), No. 5 (AA), No. 7 (AAA), button type and various non-standard models. 5. Lithium battery voltage: 3.7V. Lithium battery shell has steel shell and aluminum shell. The capacity of aluminum shell is 10%-15% higher than that of steel shell. Advantages: small size, high capacity, and high voltage. The shapes are columnar, square, and irregular. Commonly used in cell phone batteries, PDA batteries, and laptop batteries. 6. Lithium polymer battery voltage: 3.7V. Comparison of lithium polymer battery and lithium battery: the outer packaging is aluminum-plastic packaging, which is different from the metal case of lithium ion. Due to the use of flexible packaging technology, a thinner battery can be processed. The shape can be changed at will. Light weight, higher capacity, low internal resistance, and support high current discharge. Commonly used in high-end mobile phone batteries, laptop batteries, various power tools and model batteries.
