Do you know any good maintenance methods for lithium battery packs?

Introduction to the principle of lithium battery pack Lithium battery pack is a type of battery that uses lithium metal or lithium alloy as the negative electrode material and uses non-aqueous electrolyte solution. It is the battery with the highest energy density and the best comprehensive performance in the secondary battery technology. Its market share is From the date of birth, it has been improved year by year. Lithium battery pack maintenance method (1) Choose a suitable charger for charging: Choose a charger with matching power, which can make the lithium battery pack charge more stable and not prone to accidents. Don't overcharge: Lithium battery pack has no memory effect. Do not overcharge to activate the battery, and do not overcharge to memorize the maximum capacity of the battery. Although most chargers of lithium battery packs have charging protection or guarantee in this respect, it is more conducive to the extension of the life of the lithium battery to develop a good charging habit just in case. (2) In terms of discharging, in addition to not overcharging, excessive discharging is also undesirable. Since a certain amount of lithium ions must be maintained in the negative electrode to maintain the stability of the structure, over-discharge causes more lithium ions to migrate out, destroying the stable structure of the negative electrode and causing irreversible damage to the negative electrode. (3) Operating temperature environment Charging environment temperature: The best charging environment for lithium batteries is 5 to 45 degrees Celsius. Although 0 to 5 degrees Celsius can still be charged normally, the charging current must be relatively reduced (5 to 45 degrees Celsius environment) to maximize battery life. Charging at high temperature or above 45 degrees Celsius will reduce battery performance and even degrade the electrolyte in the battery. Low temperature or below 0 degrees Celsius will cause the internal resistance to increase, resulting in prolonged charging time. In addition, when charging in an environment below 0 degrees Celsius, the battery will be in a sub-freeze condition, which will cause irreversible damage to the battery. Discharge environment temperature: The discharge environment temperature of the lithium battery pack is generally -20℃~60℃, but generally below 0℃, the performance of the lithium battery will be reduced, and the discharge capacity will be reduced accordingly, so the full operating temperature of the lithium battery performance, It is usually 0~40℃. Some specially customized lithium batteries have different temperatures, and some can even run normally in an environment of hundreds of degrees Celsius. (4) Storage and maintenance Lithium batteries can be stored in a clean, dry, and ventilated environment with a temperature of -5~35℃ and a relative humidity of not more than 75%. They should be prevented from contact with corrosive substances, and kept away from fire and heat sources. Do not disassemble the battery in direct sunlight. If the battery is stored for a long time, the battery power should maintain 30% to 50% of the nominal capacity. It is recommended that the stored battery be charged every 6 months. (5) Do not mix the battery with metal objects in the lithium battery pack, so as to prevent the metal objects from touching the positive and negative electrodes of the battery, causing a short circuit, damaging the battery or even causing danger. (6) Do not knock, acupuncture, step on, modify, or expose the battery to the lithium battery, and do not place the battery in a microwave or high-voltage environment.
