In the course of the development of my country's automobile industry, electrification and intelligence have become an irreversible direction. According to the 'ReportThe current internationally mature model is the application of decommissioned batteries in the field of energy storage led by automobile companies; the more mature model in the Chinese market is the reuse of decommissioned commercial vehicle batteries led by state-owned companies such as my country’s Tower Company and State Grid. The above-mentioned 'Report' believes that the use of retired power lithium batteries in cascades can greatly reduce carbon emissions. In the next ten years, compared to manufacturing the same amount of new batteries, the cascade utilization can reduce carbon emissions by more than 63.34 million tons, which is equivalent to the carbon sink of 1/3 of my country's total forest area. Regarding the battery replacement mode that has received more attention recently, the 'Report' believes that the service provider has the ownership of the battery, and consumers regularly pay for the fully loaded battery to replace the empty battery. This can solve the problem of long charging time and also benefit the battery. Centralized management can effectively estimate the amount of battery retirement and the performance status at the time of retirement. The 'Report' also pointed out that the current cost of this model is still relatively high, and it is difficult to unify the technologies of various batteries.
