At present, the electrical performance testing of lithium batteries generally uses standardized measuring instruments for manual testing. There is no automated processing test and intelligent test information management suitable for large-scale industrial processing. This detection efficiency is low, the cost is high, and the defective products cannot be monitored effectively in real time. Use existing test instruments and embedded systems to realize real-time collection and analysis of test data, real-time monitoring of product quality and a good man-machine interface. Taking into account the mass production cost and other factors, we have developed a reliable and reasonably priced lithium battery test equipment, which can realize unmanned operation and provide real-time test information feedback. The device uses a single-chip microcomputer to control the test instrument, collect battery electrical performance parameters, and realize automatic testing of battery electrical performance. 1. The test function analysis practice shows that the important performance indicators of lithium batteries such as ability, life, safety, etc. can be displayed from the internal resistance of the lithium battery. The smaller the internal resistance of the lithium battery, the larger the capacity, and the change in the internal resistance value can predict the battery life and Safety performance, the internal resistance of lithium batteries is an important technical indicator to measure battery performance. The performance test of lithium battery is mainly internal resistance test and voltage test. The test system importantly realizes the functions of measuring the internal resistance and voltage of the lithium battery, data analysis, and real-time display and transmission of test information. 2Hardware system This system uses S3C2410 chip as the core processor. It is a 32-bit microcontroller from Samsung, using a 32-bit ARM920T core, with a main frequency of up to 203MHZ, built-in 16KB program memory and data memory, three-channel UART, four-channel DMA, etc. . FLASH expansion 64M is used to store WINDOWSCE embedded operating system, application code, etc. Extend the 10M Ethernet port through the Ethernet controller CS8900A, and connect the system to INTERNAT for remote monitoring. The system has also designed a keyboard and LCD screen to realize a man-machine interface. After the single-chip microcomputer reads the data, it analyzes, processes and displays the data according to the set test range, and transmits the data to the upper computer in real time for remote monitoring.
