Lithium-ion battery negative electrode mixing process

Lithium-ion battery negative electrode compound graphite: anode active material, which is an important material for anode reaction; it is mainly divided into two categories: natural graphite and artificial graphite. Non-polar substances are easily contaminated by non-polar substances and are easily dispersed in non-polar substances; it is not easy to absorb water or disperse in water. When the contaminated graphite is dispersed in water, it tends to reunite. Generally, the particle size D50 is about 20 cm. The particle shapes are diverse and irregular, and the important ones are spherical, flake, fibrous and so on. Conductive agent: Its function is: A) Improve the conductivity of the negative electrode sheet and compensate the conductivity of the negative electrode active material. B) Improve the depth of reaction and utilization. C) Prevent the formation of dendrites. D) Utilize the absorbability of conductive materials to improve the reaction interface and reduce polarization. (You can choose to add or not add graphite particle size distribution). Additives: reduce irreversible reactions, improve adhesion, increase paste viscosity, and prevent paste precipitation. Thickener/anti-precipitation agent (CMC): polymer, soluble in water and polar solvents. Isopropanol: a weakly polar material, after adding it can reduce the polarity of the glue, improve the compatibility of graphite and the glue; it has a strong defoaming effect. Easy to catalyze the cross-linking of the adhesive network to improve the bonding strength. Ethanol: A material with weaker polarity. After adding it, it can reduce the polarity of the glue solution and improve the compatibility of graphite with the glue solution; it has a strong defoaming effect. Easily catalyzed adhesives are linearly cross-linked to improve the bond strength (isopropanol and ethanol are basically used for the same purpose, and you can choose which one to add when mass production takes into account the cost factor). Water-based adhesive (SBR): graphite, conductive agent, auxiliary agent and copper foil or copper mesh are bonded together. Small molecule linear emulsion, easily soluble in water and polar solvents. Deionized water (or distilled water): diluent, add appropriately to change the fluidity of the slurry. Negative lead: made of copper foil or nickel strips.
