How processors test lithium battery packs

by:Vglory      2021-03-17
The way processors test lithium battery packs. The key test contents of the processor are: sub-capacity test, loading test, charge and discharge test, short circuit fault test, internal resistance test, working voltage test, resistor test, current maintenance test, kit test, etc. 1. Sub-volume test: Sub-volume test is used separately, and 1C is used for standard test, general test and rapid test. The vitality of the lithium battery pack is to better clarify the capacity and characteristics of the battery pack. 2. Charging and discharging inspection: The purpose of battery charging and discharging inspection is to distinguish whether everything is normal in the charging power circuit of the lithium battery package. There are certain regulations for the testing of battery charging voltage and current. 3. Short-circuit fault test: The key to short-circuit fault test is to identify whether the lithium battery pack's overcurrent protection purpose is normal. Generally speaking, the detection standard is to use a fully intelligent tester. When testing, pay special attention to the short-circuit fault time should be less than 3 seconds. It is not allowed to use the multimeter current measurement file or working voltage file to carry out short-circuit fault testing. 4. Internal resistance test: The internal resistance test is an index value to identify the power consumption of the lithium battery pack itself. When the internal resistance is too large, it will endanger the charge and discharge, and even make it impossible to charge and discharge. 5. Overcurrent protection test: When the lithium battery pack is fully charged, use a variable resistor to adjust the charge and discharge current to make the current increase slowly. When the charge and discharge current exceeds a certain operating voltage value, the charge and discharge control loop current is cut off and the current is zero. The amount of current that was cut off in the record is the amount of overcurrent protection current.
