In the battery industry, engineers call batteries that are not assembled into batteries that can be used directly, and call the finished batteries that are connected to the PCM board and have charge and discharge control, BMS, and other functions as batteries. Packaging and assembly is to put the module into the box, and assemble the bronze plate, wiring harness, etc. Important technological processes include BDU, BMS plug-in packaging, copper medal wiring harness assembly, electrical performance test, EOL test, air tightness test, etc. The current packaging is mainly in the hands of battery manufacturers and packaging manufacturers. After the battery manufacturer has processed the battery, the battery can be transported to the packaging workshop for assembly through the logistics line. Packaging manufacturers do not process their own batteries. Instead, they buy bare cells from battery companies, assemble the modules and pack them after dividing the capacity. In recent years, some auto companies have gradually entered the packaging trend. Just as no auto company does not want to control engine technology in their own hands, in order to facilitate data management, auto companies are also controlling packages in their own hands (some auto companies outsource parts and advanced Automated technology is used for purchase after assembly). The general process of battery factory packaging is that the whole factory requests and supplies the packaging volume, required power, battery life, voltage and test items. After receiving the customer's demand, the battery factory began to combine its own situation, or use the processed products, or develop new products, and establish a new factory. According to demand, the product development department develops corresponding modules and delivers samples for vehicle testing. After the samples are sent to the vehicle company for inspection, the battery manufacturer will continue to process the battery packaging modules as required.
