Because the non-aqueous electrolyte itself is flammable and volatile, it infiltrates inside the polymer lithium battery, which also forms the source of the battery's combustion. Therefore, the working temperature of the above two battery materials should not be higher than 60℃, but the outdoor temperature is close to 40℃, and the battery itself produces a large amount of heat, which will cause the battery's working environment temperature to rise, and if thermal runaway occurs, the situation will be very serious. It's dangerous. In order to guard against turning into a barbecue, it is particularly important to dissipate heat from the battery. Since the heat generated by the internal power consumption in the battery stack cannot be effectively dissipated from the surroundings, the interior of the battery will cause temperature rise to varying degrees. In particular, the two main surfaces of the battery, when used as the combined surface of the battery pair, can form an adiabatic working condition on them, resulting in a greater temperature rise. Therefore, it is necessary to control the temperature rise of the battery by arranging an effective heat dissipation surface to dissipate the heat outward. In the process of high-power output of the polymer lithium battery pack, the maximum temperature rise and the minimum temperature rise model are established for the temperature rise characteristics caused by the internal resistance power consumption, and the mathematical model of the laminated heat dissipation is established and numerically calculated. Through the decomposition research, it is known that the temperature rise effect of the battery pack is distinct, and the temperature rise effect inside the battery can be effectively suppressed when a proper heat dissipation arrangement is adopted.
