The capacity of the electric forklift battery charge-discharge cycle, especially the capacity drop under the deep cycle, is closely related to the quality deviation of the positive plate. 2.1 The active material on the positive grid softens and falls off. Microscopically, there are macropores and micropores in the active material. The size of the macropore exceeds 0.5cm. It is composed of many small pores. As the discharge cycle progresses, the surface of the active material shrinks, forming a core and forming a coral-like structure. There are many reasons for the salting of the negative electrode, such as the inability to charge in time after discharge, long-term storage of the battery, causing serious self-discharge, excessive electrolyte concentration, long-term insufficient charging, and long-term discharge at high temperature. This lead sulfate is difficult to restore by conventional methods. In this way, the reduction of active materials will inevitably affect the capacity of the forklift battery. 1. Do not charge the battery after the battery is completely exhausted, which will affect the battery life. 2. Do not use the phone for a long time during the charging process. Please wait for the charging to be completed before using the phone. 3. Do not over discharge. When the device prompts that the battery is low, you should charge it; charge it until the device is automatically shut down, and the battery has been over-discharged.
