What should I pay attention to when charging lithium batteries with USB?

by:Vglory      2021-03-23
USB rechargeable lithium battery, the voltage is stable at 3.3v, and temperature changes will affect the output of 3.3v. Summary: I made a USB to charge the lithium battery and stabilized at 3.3v (requires 3.3v, 0.5a). See the attachment for the schematic diagram. Description of inspection phenomenon: 1. A strange phenomenon was found, the change of temperature will affect the output of LDO3.3v. Sometimes there is a stable 3.3v output, sometimes there is no output base, 0V. 2. Temperature changes refer to the air-conditioning in the room (23°C, 25°C for the actual check thermometer) and the sultry heat in the air-conditioned room that cannot be turned on (the thermometer measures 28°C to 29°C). 3. Check the LDO output voltage of the air-conditioned room, intermittent, sometimes 3.3v output, sometimes 0V output voltage, sometimes the voltage is unstable, 3.1v~3.2v. 4. Do not turn on the air conditioner outdoors, and always stabilize the output voltage at 3.3v during inspection. 5. The battery is a lithium polymer battery with a capacity of about 500mah. 6. The LDO uses TI’s TPS73733, which was purchased on Taobao and cannot be confirmed as genuine. 7. The first half of the charging circuit is Nanjing Tuowei's TP4056. The circuit is connected according to the official power supply. Reason analysis: 1. It may be that the pins are sweating. Use an electric iron and electric welding. This is temporary cleaning.
