1. Protection circuit design ① The overcharge limit voltage should be less than 4.25V (single cell). ②The over-discharge limit voltage should be greater than 2.50V (single cell). ③The protection circuit should have over-current and short-circuit protection functions. ④For the connection design with the battery cell, please consider not to stress the tabs during assembly or use, so as not to damage the tabs of the battery core. 3. Precautions for the assembly of the battery cell and the shell 3.1 The connection of the battery cell ①It is recommended to use ultrasonic welding or spot welding technology to connect the battery core and the protection circuit module or other parts. ②If you use manual soldering, you must pay attention to the following to ensure the function of the battery: ③The temperature of the soldering iron is controllable and anti-static. ④The temperature of the soldering iron should not exceed 320℃. ⑤The soldering time should not exceed 3 seconds; ⑥The number of soldering should not exceed 5 times; ⑦The second welding must be performed after the lug metal sheet is cooled; ⑧It is forbidden to directly heat the battery cell, which will cause damage to the battery cell if it is higher than 60℃. ⑨It is forbidden to carry out the positive and negative electrode pull welding (also called drag welding) at the same time, so as to avoid short circuit and damage the battery. 3.2 The installation of the battery cell ①The wide surface of the battery cell should be installed in the shell; ②The location of the battery cell should not have burrs and sharp corners; ③The battery core cannot move in the shell. ④The positive and negative connections should not be pulled too tightly. ⑤ During the assembling process, there should be no back-and-forth twisting of the battery cell's tabs.
