Choose suitable batteries, type of batteries, voltage, and internal resistance to match. Please balance the batteries before assembling. Cut the electrodes and punch holes. 2. Install the screws, please use flange nuts, beware of the nut falling off, and connect the screws to fix the battery pack. 4. When connecting and soldering the wire and connecting the voltage collection wire (equalization wire), do not connect the protective board externally. Beware of accidental burnout of the protective board. 5. The insulating silicone gel is fixed again, this silicone gel will solidify after a long time. 6. Place the protection board. If you forget to balance the cells before, this is the last chance before the battery is packaged. You can balance it through the balance line. 7. Use an insulating board to fix the entire battery pack, encapsulate it with nylon tape. Nylon tape is more durable. Please note that we have never used steel shells. Although the steel shells are beautiful and strong, it is difficult to guarantee the combination of battery cells. If some shells are not solved well, it is possible to scratch the cells and cause liquid leakage, or even cause accidents due to poor insulation. 8. To package the battery as a whole, please be sure to fix the battery and the protection board. Our battery can still work normally when it is dropped from a height of 1 meter. 9. The final packaging is completed, and the output and input are all silicone wires. The overall reason is that it is an iron-lithium battery, a 48V20AH battery pack, and the battery pack weighs 9 kilograms, which is half the weight of the same acid battery. 10.
