What are the precautions for the installation of lithium battery protection board

1. Before installing the protection board, the batteries must be matched (the voltage difference of each battery is not more than 0.05, the difference in internal resistance is not more than 5mQ, and the difference in capacity is less than 30mAh), if it is a polymer battery, the voltage must be between 3 to 4V. In the meantime, if the voltage of the lithium iron phosphate battery is between 2.6 and 3.5V, the power-on voltage is too high to lock the protection board and cause the protection board to not work normally. If the battery is already overflowing, please lower it to the required voltage Then connect the protection board. If the batteries are connected first and then connected in series, the better the battery consistency, the longer the distance to run, and the best performance of the protection board. 2. Wiring sequence: first connect the B- line to the battery negative terminal (the B- line must be welded with thick and short wires) and then connect the flat cable; the flat cable must be unplugged from the board and then connected, start wiring from the BCO, and connect the BCO to the battery main Negative, the second cable is connected to the positive electrode of the first string of batteries, the third cable is connected to the anode of the second string, and the fourth cable is connected to the anode of the third string of batteries...and so on, after connecting the cable , Measure the voltage between every two adjacent cables starting from the row. The voltage of the polymer battery should be less than 4V, and the voltage of the iron-lithium battery should be less than 3.5V. Carefully check the order of the cables and insert the cable, first plug it close to B -Low-voltage cable, then plug in the high-voltage cable. The two cables must be plugged into the corresponding cable sockets. Once the two cables are plugged into the anti-protection board, they will be burned. Then connect the negative pole of the charger and the negative pole of the load to C-. How many strings of protection boards are purchased, we will jump to the number of strings accordingly, please do not change the number of strings at will. B negative wire and C negative wire must be welded with thick wires. 3. Finally, measure whether the total battery voltage is equal to the output voltage of the protection board. The equal protection board works normally, one must be connected to the wire to confirm that it is correct before it can be used. (The total battery voltage is not equal to the output voltage of the protection board, please read the above steps carefully) 4. Lithium batteries must be charged with a special charger for lithium batteries, do not use lead-acid battery chargers, lead-acid charging may cause high voltage shock Wear the protection board MOS tube, the charger voltage must be stable, the unstable charging voltage will have a high voltage input, it is easy to breakdown the charging MOS tube, causing the protection board to overcharge and not protect. Polymer battery charger voltage: number of battery pack strings*4.2V; voltage of iron-lithium battery charger: number of battery strings*3.60V. 5. The protection board has been used and has been soldered and will not accept return service. The protection board is guaranteed for one year. Due to the low profit, the maintenance is free during the warranty period, and the round-trip freight is self-care. Do not crimp or twist the B-, C- output wires, but must weld the wires. The protection board is not warranted due to crimping or twisting. Disclaimer: Some pictures and content of articles published on this site are from the Internet.
