Seven precautions for battery charging

The owner of the car should charge it correctly to ensure that the battery is used normally. 1. When charging lead-acid batteries, please wear maintenance clothes. 2. When charging, there should be no sparks near the battery and do not smoke. 3. When one or more batteries are charged in parallel, the charger voltage cannot exceed 16V. 4. Connect the positive wire of the charger to the positive pole of the battery, and the negative wire to the negative pole of the battery. 5. Turn on the charger, first set the minimum current, and then gradually improve the current until the battery starts to receive current. If it is a deeply discharged battery or a low temperature battery, this process may take several minutes. 6. If the battery exhaust has acid mist, or the battery temperature exceeds 52 degrees Celsius, stop charging immediately. These signs indicate that the battery has been damaged and needs to be replaced. 7. When the current drops below 1A or the charging exceeds 24 hours, the charging is completed and the charging can be stopped.
