Simply modify the charger and connect a resistor in series with the charging cable. The resistance of this resistor should be the same as the equalizing resistance of the internal equalization board. For example, for T260, it is connected in series with 220 ohms. If it is GW14, it is connected in series with 100 ohms. The power is 2W-5W. In this way, when recharging, the charging current is relatively small, less than the equalizing current, so that the MOS pipeline can be completely shunted after the MOS pipeline is turned on, and the overvoltage protection will not be triggered. With this small charging current, the battery with low voltage in the battery pack can be charged. As long as the time is long enough, equilibrium can be achieved. As for how long it takes to charge, it depends on the degree of imbalance. Assuming that the degree of imbalance is 50%, that is, a battery is only half-charged, then at least 1300mAh must be recharged, and a current of 80mA will take 16 hours. Regarding the IPST260, the equalization current is only 20mA, so a resistance of 221 (220 ohms) is used, and the charging time is 1300/20u003d65 hours. To use this method, first charge the unicycle according to the conventional method, and then connect the resistor in series for balanced charging. After correcting the imbalance, remove the resistor and wrap the cable with tape. 2. The most thorough method is the internal manual balancing method. After the battery overflows, disassemble the battery compartment and measure the battery voltage one by one. For the low voltage, use a single-cell lithium battery charger and lead out two wires to take advantage of the loss of battery. If the voltage of a certain section is too high, it can be discharged by a resistor alone. 3. Make an equalizer, suitable for small batch and fast equalization to make a circuit board with power equalization devices inside, a charger socket, and two battery plugs. The original charger is used as the power input, and the output part is the same two plugs (9P and 11P) as the internal voltage test socket of the wheelbarrow. The equalizer contains 16 series-connected 4.18V voltage-limiting stabilizers, which are connected to the 19 wires of the battery test port of the T260 to realize external equalization charging. Make 16 4.185V super regulator tubes, first fill the unicycle, open the cover, unplug the power cords, plug the balance board into the test port of the battery, and then connect the charger to the balance board, and charge it: super The purpose of the zener tube is that before the voltage of each battery reaches 4.185V, it cannot be used for any purpose. The battery is charged as usual, but when any battery reaches 4.185V, the corresponding zener tube is turned on and starts to shunt, and the charging is bypassed. The current makes the battery voltage not increase, that is, the voltage remains at 4.185V, so it is overcharged, but this current continues to charge the low-voltage battery. After the voltages of all batteries reach 4.185V, hold for a period of time, and the batteries are balanced.
