The slitting must ensure that there are no burrs on the surface of the slice, otherwise it will have a great impact on the subsequent process. Therefore, the front-end equipment is the central equipment for battery production and is related to the quality of the entire production line. Lithium battery mid-end equipment mainly covers the cell assembly process, including winding or stacking machine, cell inserting machine, liquid injection machine, and sealing welding equipment. The back-end equipment mainly overturns the process of cell activation and formation, sub-capacity testing, and assembly into battery packs. Relatively speaking, the middle and back-end equipment such as shelling, sealing, testing and other machines are relatively simple, and the skill requirements are not high. Lithium battery equipment is restricted in planning, production skills, and management levels, does not constitute a certain company scale, and cannot guarantee supply and demand.
