Based on the actual needs of the coal mine and related industry standard requirements, mine large capacity battery management system mainly has the following functions: external environment information monitoring system, battery, battery performance self-checking system, battery capacity estimation system equilibrium system, etc. At present, most of the coal mine battery management technology is mature, its core technology is as follows: 1) Battery charge and discharge balance technology; 2) Battery pack quickly identify of single battery performance changes in technology; 3) The determination of battery capacity and the performance decay technology; 4) Power management due to the limitation of the mine power box, there is no cooling conditions, need for power precisely control the temperature in the cabinet; 5) SOC estimation algorithm. 6) Network intelligent management technology breakthrough.
