●Burning: Use a non-lithium battery charger for charging, which may cause damage to the lithium battery, smoke, heat or burn! Regarding the 3 strings of A.K.E lithium battery packs, we suggest that you use the CoolDazzleS400 charger for charging; regarding the 2 strings of A.K.E lithium battery packs, we suggest that you use the CoolDazzleS200 charger for charging. ●Damage: Over-discharge, over-charge or reverse charge will immediately cause damage to the lithium battery! ●Charging: The charging current should not be greater than 1/2 of the battery capacity; the charging cut-off voltage is 4.20V±0.05V for a single battery; the CoolDazzle charger can fully charge the corresponding lithium battery pack, and there is an indicator light to indicate the charging process (details Please read the charger manual). ●Discharge: When using for the first time, please use the recommended charger to charge; when continuing to use, please pay attention to check the battery voltage, the total voltage of the three battery packs must not be less than 8.25V; the total voltage of the two battery packs must not be less than 5.5V; The voltage of a single chip shall not be lower than 2.75V. Lower than these rated voltages will cause the battery to swell until it is damaged! ●Storage: The self-discharge rate of lithium batteries is higher than that of nickel-metal hydride batteries. Long-term storage is prone to over-discharge. Please check the voltage regularly to keep the voltage of a single cell between 3.6V and 3.9V; storage conditions: temperature -20℃~ +35℃; relative humidity 45%~85%. A.K.E polymer lithium battery monomers are made of aluminum-plastic film packaging materials. Scratching, bumping, or piercing the battery surface with sharp objects is prohibited. The battery tabs are not very strong and can easily break when bent, especially the positive tabs. Each single unit is cold-welded on the positive lug with a soldering pad to help you weld. When soldering, a constant temperature soldering iron of <100W should be used to boring tin on the lugs. The temperature should be controlled below 350℃. The soldering iron tip should stay on the lugs for no more than 3 seconds, and the number of soldering should not continue to exceed 3 times. The welding position is more than 1cm away from the root of the tab. The second welding can only be carried out after the lugs have cooled down. The A.K.E polymer lithium battery pack has been well welded, so disassembly or re-welding is prohibited. In theory, there is no flowing electrolyte in polymer lithium battery, but if the electrolyte leaks and contacts the skin, eyes or other parts of the body, you should immediately rinse with clean water and seek medical attention. It is forbidden to use damaged battery cells (damaged sealing edge, damaged shell, smell of electrolyte, electrolyte leakage, etc.). If the battery heats up sharply, please stay away from the battery to avoid unnecessary injury. Disclaimer: Some pictures and content of articles published on this site are from the Internet.
